Delegates Cowles and Blair move to amend the bill on page 7, Section 1, line 3, by striking line 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
" 7Unclassified - Surplus 097 $13,300,000
Included in the above appropriation for Unclassified - Surplus (fund 0256, activity 097) is $10,000,000 for funding the construction, renovation, rebuilding and improvement of the Morgan County Courthouse facilities."
